One Bowl Buttercream Frosting
I used 3 cups conf sugar, 1/3 cup milk, 1 T vanilla, after that it was still to runny for my liking so I added in some more conf sugar, still too runny, added some more vanilla, then A LOT more conf sugar to get it to a stiff consistency that I prefer.....the recipe is OK I guess if you want runny frosting, otherwise you kind of have to makeup your own as you go with this one

Classic Spanish Sangria
This was very good as well, but I changed the recipe a bit. I used a 1.5 liter bottle of wine, 2 cups of rum, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 cups of OJ. My grandma even went wild over it. I also soaked strawberrys, pineapple, and marschino cherries in equal amounts of OJ and Rum overnight and that was very, very good as well. I did not add the fruit to the sangria, I put it in a seperate bowl so people could pick out what they wanted. It worked out well.

Black Forest Dump Cake II
This was almost too easy and too good, everyone thought I spent hours and it was actually about 5 minutes to prepare. I will make this again and again. It was so good it was gone in no time and I never take seconds of desserts but I had three servings of this. I used a triple chocolate cake mix, I think it was Betty Crocker and it was perfect.
