Pesto Pasta with Green Beans and Potatoes
This dish was too heavy for my taste. I also over boiled the potatoes (7 + 3 min. was too long), which caused them to break up when mixing. Don't think I'll make this again.

Mexican Bean Salad
Really good! Could also pass as a salsa; great served with chips. Do not use the whole amount of dressing, it is way too much. You only need half or 3/4 of the amount so start by adding a little at a time.

Cake Balls
Made these for a baby shower. Definitely use candy melts and not just melted white chocolate chips (which doesn't coat as nicely and harder to work with). People loved them but I thought they were too sweet for my taste. It is a lot of work, so be prepared to have some time set aside for the dipping.
