This is the best recipe! I didn't have fresh garlic so I used garlic powder and it was still sooo good!! I tripled the butter, dbl the wine and used extra bread crmbs. This is the recipe I will use from now on =)

My Best Clam Chowder

Just made for dinner and OMG sooooooooo good!! Only change after reading others review was to use only a 1/2 cup of butter, added bacon and celery salt. I'm not crazy about clam chowder but my husband is and we both loved it!! Served in bread bowls with salad and was a big hit! Thanks for a great recipe = )

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

I just made this for dinner and was skeptical after reading other reviews. I have to say this was very good and will make again. This was my first time making Mac and Cheese and will use this recipe from now on. Will add more cheese next time and top with bread crumbs but other than that wouldn't change a thing. It's a keeper! Thanks

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

OMG!!!! I just made this and it’s sooooo good!! I made some changes based on some others suggestions. 1st I cut the sugar way back, only using 1 tbsp instead of 2 and I it was just sweet enough for us! I upped the crushed tomatoes started with 1 and ended up using 3 cans, perfect for the amount of meatballs I had. Used 1 can tomatoe paste and added small can tomatoe sauce. In error I only used 1/2 of the parsley in the meatballs and the other in the sauce but it worked out fine. Thanks for a great recipe =)

Zucchini Alfredo

I'm sorry but this was just okay, even after following some suggestion and adding onion, salt, chicken and 8 oz. cream cheese. I only used 3 cups of zucchini and this was plenty. I also added extra milk and it was still pretty thick! I won't be making this again =(

Big Bear Stew

I'm sorry but I din't care for this! It was sooooo bland even after adding other spices. I added hot sauce to my bowl but my honey didn't and thought it was okay. I may make another attempt and add the cream of mushroom soup like some others did but I doubt it.
