Home Style Macaroni and Cheese
Great recipe... I used crushed ritz crackers with melted butter in place of the bread crumbs to give it a little extra texture & flavor & it turned out great. Not as great the following day, as the oil in the cheese separates from the cream.

Beef Stroganoff III
EXCELLENT & so simple! I used sour cream & cottage cheese in place of cream cheese to reduce some calories & it was PERFECT!

Tea Cookies I
I have no idea what went wrong with this recipe, I followed the steps but when I baked them, my "balls" melted into one big flat cookie sheet. :(
