Fettucine Carbonara

Awesome! It came out perfect the very first time I tried it. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone. One little note: you may want to cut down on the egg, and add more bacon for a better taste.

Cajun Pork Chops

Pecan Pie I

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk

Way too spicy for my family. I even tried to top it with sour cream to cool it off. Nothing was going to fix that mess. We ended up going to Applebee's.

So easy! Dinner was ready in a matter of minutes. Buy all of your produce at a local produce market for a better taste and serve with a green salad.

Mediterranean Lemon Chicken

Make sure you continuously add water to it, it will dry out very fast! Other than that it's a great recipe. Try serving it with sauteed zuchini and yellow squash with some lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled on it.

Eclairs I

I made these eclairs one morning, hoping for a nice treat for myself. What I got was something that tasted like an egg muffin. Why are we using 4 eggs for 1 cup of flour? I would not recommend this recipe to anyone, and I will not be making these again.
