Just used the straight recipe and they turned out great! I first made these for my wife's birthday as a healthy alternative to the usual chocolate pig out. I made a raspberry coulis and used fresh bananas and strawberries for some extra moistness and sweetness. Low-fat mascarpone added some creamy tang and I finished it off with some dark chocolate (77% cocoa) shavings.
