Cashew Chicken II

Very easy and good. It made 8 servings but we ate them all! I edited by doubling the soy sauce, only used 2 cans of broth, steamed some frozen stir fry vegetables, then added to the sauce, and added red pepper flakes. Served over brown rice.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

these were amazing! i added a little cocoa, cinnamon and some chocolate covered espresso beans, and they were great chewy, rich cookies.

Apple Crisp II

SO AMAZING! Humiliating to admit, my husband and I finished this whole thing in one sitting, with a pint of dulce de leche ice cream. I substituted splenda for the white sugar, and used light butter, with no problems.
