Corn Dip
The way we spiced it up was adding half a package of taco seasoning (add according to your taste)...muy bueno!!!

Caramel Nougat Bar Cake
ditto on the sticking to the pan and falling apart....next time I will use ice cream topping caramel instead the the candies...and try to avoid letting the caramel touch the edges of the pan when drizzling it...the taste is yummy, so definitely worth trying again to see if I can get it right...

Baked Tortilla Chips
for those who like to watch their oil/fat intake, these are great...with your first batch, check often towards the end of the recommended baking time so that you get them to the crispness that suits you and your oven...kept in an airtight bag, these were still good the next day...
