Blueberry Loaf Cake
This turned out wonderfully, I used fresh blueberries! I sprinkled sugar on the inside of the pan and on top of the batter before baking and I also added 1 tsp. of lemon extract- lemon & blueberry together is the best. I will definately make it again.

MMMMM... Brownies
This recipe has become a standard keeper in our home after trying it once! It is simple and easy, yielding super yummy brownies. By using the chips, they are most and rich. I am going to experiment next time by adding a peanut butter swirl on top or by adding chopped walnuts...

Crabmeat and Corn Soup
This was a very easy recipe and cooks up fast. The only addition I made was some Tabasco and cracked black pepper to spice it up!
