Zucchini bread

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 2 cups white flour. Instead of 1 cup oil i used 1/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup applesauce. Also added a little nutmeg and increased zucchini to about 3.5 cups and reduced sugar by 1/4 cup and 1 cup of it was brown sugar. Muffins took about 16 minutes and loaf about 46 (i did not have the pan size specified so that could account for the difference in time).
