Best ginger cookies EVER! I have baked these for everything from holidays to birthdays and even a funeral. I do suggest letting the dough sit for an hour or 2 in the fridge before forming into balls - otherwise i think these are perfect!

great recipe! I also added red pepper flakes, italian seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning salt and parmesean cheese. This was devoured by everyone!! I know I for one will be making this more often!

This recipe is awesome. I made this for my daughters 3rd birthday cake. I should have read the reviews first, cause 1 gallon of ice cream is too much for a 9x13 pan... next time i'll half the recipe. Otherwise - it was great. I might also try using different cookies and even candies to give it a twist. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
