Unbelievable Chicken
I had fairly low expectations, especially since I was only able to marinade for about an hour, but this was delicious. I pounded the chicken very thin and poked holes in it to get the flavors in, used yellow mustard and key limes rather than limes. I broiled it after realizing we were out of charcoal and it turned out very well (I basted a lot). I only used two large breasts and there was barely enough marinade to baste repeatedly so I might make more marinade in the future.

The Original Potato Salad with Real Mayonnaise
This is my idea of what potato salad should taste like. I halved the recipe, added dill pickle and omitted the onions. I will never use another recipe again. Good hot OR cooled.

Balsamic Pea Salad
Not at all what I expected. I was quite disappointed. I did reduce the amount of mayo a bit, but followed everything else.
