Hearty Ham Casserole
I made this last night and it was great. I made a few changes..not many. I added 1/4 cup of cheese to the ham and corn mixture because we really love cheese. I also added crushed Ritz crackers to the top, with the cheese, to give it a little crunch. It came out great...the taste is wonderful and this will be made many more times in our house. I made a salad to go with it..but didn't need it. This dish is very filling.

Jo Jo Potatoes
These are great!! I cut baking potatoes crosswise and added a tsp of "Ms.Dash" for a little more spice. Then fried in the deep fryer. They came out crispy on the outside and soft and yummy on the inside. Excellent!! Great recipe..thanks!

Creole Shrimp
I'm not sure there is anything you can do to this recipe that would mess this up. It's foolproof and delicious!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe that is now in our weekly rotation.
