Two of my favorite dishes are lemon merengue pie and chicken cordon bleu. I like baking for groups of people. Really, I enjoy cooking pretty much anything. Making coffee cake Easter morning and homemade mashed potatoes at Christmas and Thanksgiving. I generally do pretty well when experimenting. I tried making chicken noodle soup in the crockpot one time, but put the noodles in much too soon. When we went to eat dinner they were mush. As poor college students, we ended up straining out the chicken and veggies and adding them to instant chicken noodle.
