I am an artist, help desk technician and librarian in upstate NY. I like art, interior design, web design, music, movies, baking, cooking and hope to travel the world someday. My favorite is baking. I love to bake cookies the most but I also enjoy baking cakes, rolls, and other desserts. I am a picky eater so I like to experiment with recipes and see if I can come up with my own versions to suit my tastes. When I am not baking, I love to cook haddock, salmon, chicken, beef, and varieties of pizza. My dad cooks Italian food, especially pizza and has worked in various restaurants since he moved to the US. Majority of my cookie baking that goes well makes me proud. I love it when it not only tastes great but looks great too and people say so. I am sure I have burned or overcooked a few things. I am still learning. I am sure I will have more along the way.
