Perfect Turkey is correct !!!! It was the most wonderful tasting turkey I have ever had. This was my first time cooking a turkey and I will always use this recipe for the rest of my life. This is an easy recipe. I only changed two things. First, I had a 20lb bird and so I added another cup of dry white wine. Second, I found a peppercorn rub at the grocery store that smelled fantastic and I so I rubbed my turkey in it. My husband said that this is perfect, and his family made me the official Thanksgiving turkey cooker!

Great Soup, used ground chicken instead. Do ad cumin and cilantro. Will make this again and again.
