Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
FANTASTIC and easy! I'm not a big fan of red meat but this was pretty good. My bf is in love :) I marinated it in homemade teriyaki sauce overnight in the slow cooker pot (from the recipe Baked Teriyaki chicken) with cuts in the surface of the roast. Then the next day, I pan seared it with some oil and pepper. I also left the teriyaki sauce in the slow cooker when adding the rest of the sauce. I used about 1.5 cans (campell's) of water with 2 (21 oz) cans of soup. Added lots of veges in the last half hour of cooking - onions, canned diced tomatoes, broccoli, potatoes :)
