I have been searching for *the* banana muffin and I have found it in this recipe! My 2 year old and I made a batch today and all I can say is *WoW*!! I did a little modification. I added: -1/2 tsp vanilla extract -1 tsp. cinnamon -1/2 cup chopped walnuts -1/2 cup shredded coconut Even without the extras, I am sure this is a winner! You won't be disappointed with this one :o)

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
I made a batch of this fudge this morning. Since I'm not a big fan of peanut butter fudge, I had my Husband try it. He said it was creamy and delicious! So simple and easy to make too. I used others suggestion and did the 1, 2, 3 changes. I also used half creamy peanut butter and half extra crunchy... Perfect!!

Speedy Oven Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
I was looking for an easy chocolate fudge recipe to make for the holidays. The first batch of this I made, I realized when I was getting started that I didn't have enough confectioner's sugar. I had to then make half a batch. So sad because it was so delicious! Just got done making the full batch this time and can't wait to eat some more! I'll be sending a plate of it with my Husband when he goes to work today to give the guys a treat :o)

Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I had some leftover buttermilk, so searched allrecipes for "something" to make with it. My kids and I are salad lovers, so found this and thought, why not? I did add one additional ingredient; about 1/4 tsp. of granulated chicken bouillon. WOW! It added that one little something the dressing was lacking!! So glad I made this because I don't think I will ever buy salad dressing again! Thanks for another hit allrecipes :o)

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
My family and I absolutely *love* this stir-fry!! It's such a versatile recipe since you can add any veggies you have on hand. 1 thing that we do is semi-freeze the meat before slicing it, so we can get it alot thinner which we prefer. We also like to let the meat marinate in the sauce for several hours in the refrigerator. Now my 22 year old son loves to treat the family by making this for us! Thanks for such a *yummy* recipe :o)

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2007
I use boneless chicken breast cut into strips instead of using wings. We don't like a super hot sauce, so I used Crystal sauce. The flavor was just so awesome!! Since finding this recipe, I've made it 3 times; twice for my family and once for my Hubby to take to work for his shift (9 guys). Everyone raved about how good it is! I think I would rate this recipe a 10 if I could!!

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2007
I used whole wheat crackers since that was all I had on hand. I also added some Parmesan cheese to the egg mixture. I uncovered the chops after 20 minutes for a more browned meat. Everyone raved and my Hubby said, "That was the most tender pork chop I have ever eaten!" That and it was the most flavorful!! Thanks for a delicious recipe :o)

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
I used cream of potato soup since that's all I had on hand. I added an 8oz. block of softened cream cheese to the soup/milk mixture. I sprinkled some salt, pepper and chicken flavor instant bouillon (to taste) on the top instead of the bread crumbs.I have to say, this dish was exceptional! My kids loved it. Next time I'll double the recipe so we can have leftovers.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

I had never made asparagus before, so was looking for a simple yet tasty recipe. I added 2 ingredients to this recipe; some chopped onion and a sprinkle of instant chicken bouillion. My kids raved about this and want to know when I'm making more! I would rate this recipe higher than a 5 if I could!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2004
I had an 8 pound chicken instead of the 2-4 pounders. I didn't have onion powder, so used dried chives. Also I thought the 4 teaspoons of salt seemed like alot, so cut it back to 3 teaspoons. I rubbed some of the dry mix under the skin as well on the top and also sprinkled some on the inside before putting the onions in. I didn't realize it was supposed to be marinated for some time, but it still turned out moist, tender and flavorful. Everyone raved at how good it was. Thanks Sue for sharing this with us :o)

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2004
I added about 1/4 cup (give or take) chopped onion to Step #3. I used 1 cup of sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup pepper jack and 1/2 cup mild cheddar. Also, I must have been blind because I couldn't see where the heavy cream was added (found it now though), so mixed it with the water. There was enough of the mixture left to spread on the top of rolls. Then I added the rest of the cheeses. My Husband has requested we add these to our weekly menu. Thanks for sharing this recipe :o)

Cheesy Vegetable Chowder

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2004
This recipe is wUnderful! We aren't big celery fans, so I omitted that. I used colby/jack cheese chunked instead which gave it a very nice taste. Everyone raved at how good it tasted. Will definitely make this one again.

Peanut Butter Pie V

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2003
I like to use creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy in this recipe. Also, after the pie is made, I drizzle chocolate over the top. The only way I could see that someone didn't like this recipe would be if they followed the directions wrong.

Beth's Peach-Nectarine Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2003
I was a little unsure on step #2 if I should add both the white and brown sugars or just the white sugar. I think I should have added both *duh*, so it was my fault these needed a little extra something. I did add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon as someone else suggested, but it still wasn't "enough" flavoring in my opinion. And make sure to put enough brown sugar on the tops! I'll definately make these again, just experiment a little more.

Cauliflower-Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2003
I modified this recipe a little. We don't care for celery, so I replaced it with broccoli. I also used cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. I used the hand mixer so the chunks of vegetables weren't so large. This has got to be one of the best soups I have eaten. Thanks for sharing it.
