Kris' Amazing Shredded Mexican Beef

Deliciously addicting! I made something similar to Chipotle restaurant big burritos using this meat, cilantro lime rice, black beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, and green chile sauce.

No Roll Pie Crust I

Wow - easy and tasty! I made apple pie with a brown sugar sweet crumb crust and this recipe for the bottom crust. It turned out perfect. I'll use this from now on!

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

I won't ever need another recipe for meatloaf again. This one is fantastic! I toasted the bread in the toaster and chopped it up. I didn't use any milk but put in 3/4 of the tomato sauce. For the sauce on top I used the 1/4 tomato sauce plus 1/4 cup ketchup mixed with 1/4 cup brown sugar and a teaspoon of ground mustard.
