Baked Teriyaki Chicken
The sauce is amazing! I triple the amount when I make it so I can use the sauce for other meals. Last night I saute'ed shrimp in the teriyaki sauce and served it over brown rice. Yummy! I do use half brown sugar and half white sugar.

Broccoli and Tortellini Salad
Love this salad! I would recommend using a little less sugar though. I feel it was a bit too sweet the first time I made it.

Beefy Baked Ravioli
This is a keeper. So easy but sooooo good. Only things I changed was used ground sausage and used twice the amount of spaghetti sauce.
