Aunt Betty's Banana Pudding
This recipe was very good and I was happy to discover that the leftovers keep very well in the refridgerator for close to a week.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
This recipe was very good and very easy. I used a 29oz. can of peaches in heavy syrup and used the entire cake mix, but put it in a smaller baking dish because the peaches didn't cover the bottom of the 9x13 inch pan. I only baked it for 35 minutes and it was getting quite brown on the top, anymore time and it would have been ruined. My guests liked it served warm with Cool-Whip. This is a recipe that I will try again with different fruits. Thanks!

Ham and Pineapple Dinner
This recipe was a very good way to use the leftover ham from Christmas dinner. I made two substitutions. I used regular white cooking onions and the pineapple juice from from the pineapple chunks with some pink grapefruit juice added to make the volume needed. This recipe was good served over rice and I think that the sauce would be good with other meats as a sweet and sour sauce. Thanks!
