Pumpkin Fluff Dip
I made this recipe exactly as stated and served it in a carved-out pumpkin with gingersnaps and cinnamon snaps. I got RAVE reviews. I would not change a thing. It's perfect.

Zucchini Brownies
Great recipe! A little cakier than I like my brownies, but wonderful all the same. Didn't tell my kids what was in it and they licked the pan clean...a great way to sneak in an extra serving of veggies!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce
This was really good. The kids loved it so much they never even complained when I served the leftovers the next day, which is saying something. Reheats nicely...I thought the cream cheese (I used a tub of herb and garlic) might get sticky overnight, but it was still fab the next day!
