Chicken Rice Casserole
Very tasty. I omitted the mushrooms for my husband's sake and used Ritz crackers for the topping. Other than those two changes, I followed the recipe exactly as written. It took a little longer to prepare than I had hoped, but other than that it was a pretty good recipe.

Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie
Very delicious. I used 4 large chicken breast and omitted the eggs. I've been making this recipe for years. I generally serve this with steamed broccoli or green beans. A great dish!!

Texas Sheet Cake IV
I made this cake for my husband's birthday. I must say, I was a little disappointed. I followed the recipe exactly as stated. The cocoa powder may have been too old. My husband loves chocolate, and it just did not have a rich chocolate taste. I most likely will not try again.
