Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
I have made cream cheese frosting 100x using different recipes. With that being said, I know you have to chill the bowl, beaters, cream cheese at room temp., etc. This recipe was runny. Not thick enough at all.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Delicious! I used 1 c. of brown sugar and 2 c. of white. I also added 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice and used heaping tsps of the other spices. Once the "dry" and "wet" mixtures were blended, I then added 1 c. of chocolate chips. Once baked (2 - 9 x5 loaf pans for 70 min) and cooled I frosted with cream cheese frosting.....OMG!!!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
So great! I used Italian sausage with Basil, 1 can of italian style dice tomatoes in place of seeded and chopped tomatoes, also added italian seasoning. It was a little too salty for us, so next time I will cut the broth in half and replace the other half with water and will also use low sodium.
