Cinco de Chili Chocolate Cupcakes with Chili Cream Cheese Frosting
Excellent recipe. I tasted the batter and loved it, I tasted the frosting which would have been delicious with no spices and decided to add more of each type of chili per personal taste. They are just delicious and I love how they look. Thank you for posting.

Meringue Cookies
for those of you having problems with too much gooey-ness on the inside. I think they should be left in the oven for 15 minutes after you turn the oven off. A bit of mint flavoring is also nice in this cookie.

Clark's Quiche
I am not a fan of eggs, but I do like them mixed with other things and this quiche was better than I had ever tasted in any restaurant. Lots of flavor
