Potato Salmon Patties
This is the only salmon pattie recipe I use. It is very tasty. The addition of dill weed gives it a little extra zing. Not overpowering. Great recipe. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Beefy Baked Ravioli
This was a very easy ansd tasty meal. I am a pasta lover so I am always looking for something new to try. My family loved it. I doubled the recipe. I also added extra seasonings to my jar of spaghetti sauce such as minced garlic, minced onion, Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper. I like a little zip to my sauce. I will definitely make again.

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes
I loved this recipe. I used shrimp and spaghetti instead of scallops and linguine. I also used fresh chopped tomatoes from my garden. Added a little tomato sauce, about 1/4 cup to sauce. Turned out great. Family loved it!
