Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Wonderful! Per reviewer suggestion, doubled ginger, added raisins and topped with walnuts - decreased sugar by 1/2 cup. Traveled well and remained moist even after a week on counter in plastic wrap. Recipe made 4 mini-loaves and 2 hugs muffins.

Wonderful! Husband really enjoyed. Did swap out some ingredients for the more traditional red onion/sunflower seed combo. Will make again

Chocolate Crinkles II
My finicky husband swears these are just like the crinkles from his favorite bakery/sandwich shop! Followed recipe, used high quality cocoa powder, and 1/2 the recipe to make about a dozen 2inch diameter cookies using a silpat cookie sheet liner. Came out perfect - thank you!
