Delicious! Made it without the red pepper flakes, as we have small children, and worried it would be to spicy. Still great. Added the soup to the roux instead of other way around. Made extra roux which we put into the soup after the first batch. I used 1 1/2# of chicken as we have 6 people. Also increased ranch to 1 1/2 oz, and cheese to 3/4-1# (the extra 1/4 didn't seem to make that much of a difference). Threw in some half & half for extra richness. Absolutley delicious!

Absolutely delicious! Didn't change a thing. Made it exactly as listed. Only I never serve the sour cream and cheese on top. I stir it all in together then serve the soup. Everyone in the house loved it from the 6yo to the 14yo to my bf who is a cook!!! Thank you for sharing this!!!!

I actually doubled the recipe and used a 6 oz pkg of pepperoni & a 9x13 baking dish. My family, and my day care kids loved it! (always a plus)They said it tasted like pizza. Great easy recipe. Thanks!
