I wanted to try out a couple of pumpkin pie recipes to see which one I liked best for Thanksgiving and I think this one is the one im going to make. It was a little bit sweet for my taste but I still loved it! I didnt buy pre-made crust, but used my grandmother's old recipe. Turned out great and it was mostly easy.

I think i put too much garlic, but it had a GREAT flavor. It was raining so we put it in the oven for 40 minutes then took it out cut it in four and stuck it in the steamer for 15 minutes. It turned out really good and I bet it would be better if I was able to put it on the outdoor barbeque!
