Pasta, italian dishes; seafood; desserts; Anything a little fancier than the usual fare. My parents would cook homemade enchiladas together on Sunday nights when I was a kid growing up near Dallas. I love those memories, and enjoy cooking with my wife. I made some chocolate mint ice cream with a normal mint recipe and a lot of junior mints. After chemically burning our lips on the first bite, my wife and friends got a kick out of the 'kick' and we remember it years later.
