About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Pasta, italian dishes; seafood; desserts; Anything a little fancier than the usual fare.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My parents would cook homemade enchiladas together on Sunday nights when I was a kid growing up near Dallas. I love those memories, and enjoy cooking with my wife.
My cooking tragedies
I made some chocolate mint ice cream with a normal mint recipe and a lot of junior mints. After chemically burning our lips on the first bite, my wife and friends got a kick out of the 'kick' and we remember it years later.

Clone of a Cinnabon
loved 'em, loved 'em, loved 'em. Using the bread machine made these so easy!

Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding
Very good; as good as my English Granny used to make! I thought it might be eggy, as many other pud' recipes can be, but it wasn't. My wife commented that these were the best pud's I'd made her. I added about 1 tsp of a type of mixed Italian seasoning to the batter, which I think made them even better.
