Chicken Florentine Casserole
Excellent. Substituted frozen spinach for canned, omitted mushrooms (b/c we don't like them), used heavy cream instead of half-and-half since it's what I had on hand. Just a really good recipe, easy to make ahead and just bake before serving. Thanks!
