Excellent... I used half of the sugar and butter and ginger ale, and it came out unbelieveable. I made it in the morning...it was great just out of the oven. Then we ate it after dinner. great heated and cold. the had it again the next morning, cold, and it still taste great.

I see alot of people really injoyed this, but alot of them also changed the recipe. I cooked it just as the recipe is written.... I've had much better.

Mandarin Pork Roast

really enjoyed this roast... made it for a potluck party... cut the 5lb in half .. and it still cooked for 2 hours.. very moist, and was great the next day cold sliced thin on a sandwich..

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes

These are really good. I fried mine in just enough oil to cover bottom of nonstick pan. Cooked until well browned, which made the outside nice and crispy.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I followed the advise of others for the changes. It was ok but would not make again. I think when you have a good meatloaf recipe stick with it, and my own recipe out beats this.

Terry's Favorite Easy Chicken Pie

We all loved it. I added the whole 16 oz bag of vegtables, 1/2 sauteed onion & black pepper but it really does need more spices to be absolutely great. Next time I'll use 1 whole onion, some sage or thyme

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I loved this bread. Made as is. The texture was like bread pudding, try serving in a desert cup with alittle chocolate sauce and whip cream. Wonderfuly moist.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I Really liked this alot. I used thawed,& drained frozen raspberries with the fresh fruit, very good, just watch the amount of raspberries because they could overpower the taste of the other fruit. The chips were sooo good.

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

I thought it was bland. Mostly the flavor was from the apples and nothing else. I served it with vanilla ice cream, and that made it alittle better to eat.

Split Pea and Ham Soup I

This was awesome..I cooked it in a slow cooker on high for 4 hrs. As others suggested I added a bay leaf, 1 carrot,chicken broth and no salt. I put everything in at once. I added to much water, so before I used my immersion hand blender I removed some liquid and then added it back as needed. Everyone loved it.

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Really like it. Used broccoli & carrots,made twice the amount of sauce, but didn't add the hoisin sauce to it. I will make this again because it was so easy to do versitile, and taste good.
