Indian Matar Paneer (Cottage Cheese and Peas)
Very tasty dish. I deep fried the cubed paneer as a friend from India said it would make it more authentic.

Steamed Egg (Chawan Mushi)
This is very similar to the traditional recipe I know of. The key of steaming eggs is to keep the heat at medium low or low to obtain a smooth surface. I also lay shrimps and ginkgo nuts when the surface is set and steam for about 7 more minutes.

Belgian Beef Stew
Great recipe. I used a bottle of Chimay red (a Belgian Trappist ale) and also added a twig of rosemary and thyme.
