I would have to say that my absolute favorite food to cook would be pasta! I am such a pasta freak! I could eat it everyday and in everyway. I also like baking, cooking roasts, baked chicken, pork, etc... I have always loved the holidays at home. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and we try to make the most of it so far away from home! I think I have had a few. The first time I roasted lamb it came out delicious. And when I bake chicken or make lasagna its always great! And baking! I started baking not too long ago and am starting to enjoy each creation I make!!! Oh too many!!! I tried making falafels one time from a recipe I found online. They were absolutely disgusting! And they all fell apart! Another time I made chicken with a mushroom sauce. I'll just say that my husband didn't even try it. LOL!
