I am not into cooking as much as baking. I love to bake!!! Cookies are my favorite, along with other desserts. (I have a major sweet tooth)

Super Easy Seared Ahi Tuna
The olive oil smoked up my house as well. The recipe is as easy and fast as they come, which rates well with me! It was really good too. I don't think it is too fishy of a flavor, so if you are not big on fish, this one might actually be good for you!

Black Bean Hummus
My family really liked this recipe! I made a regular hummus as well, and compared to this recipe, the other hummus seemed very bland. This one has a nice "kick" to it because of the cayenne pepper. (I added 1/4 tsp). Very good!

Hummus III
I thought that this hummus was alright. It is a good basic hummus, but I thought that it lacked in flavor a bit. I added a lot more garlic. I would make it again, but next time I would throw some more spices in there.
