Old Fashioned Onion Rings

If this recipe had a 6-star rating I would give it that! Amazing! I used panko crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs and they were as good or better then any I've ever had in a restaurant. AMAZING!!!!!

I just made the sauce that came with this and I thought it was pretty weak. Not a ton of flavour and the color of it was unappealing. Probably wouldn't make this again.

Thai Chicken with Basil Stir Fry

I followed the recipe exactly except that I used button mushrooms instead of shitake as they weren't available. It was really good but not great. To me, it needed a little some "extra". But I would definitely make it again.

Butternut Squash Soup

This soup was not good. I cut the cream cheese in half as others recommended and roasted my squash. I don't know if it was because I had a really large squash or what but it turned out so thick you could eat it as a dip. And I found it still too rich with the amount of cream cheese.

This was good. I used cream of mushroom instead of cream of celery and everything else pretty much stayed the same. It was a great way to use up leftover turkey.

Bacon Quiche Tarts

I brought these two a ladies' group and they were a huge hit! I used a pastry tart instead of the biscuit dough but the filling I kept the same. Very tasty and easy.

Best-Ever Texas Caviar

I brought this to a superbowl party and it was a hit although I thought it lacked 'personality'. I did way less corn, I only did black beans, and I added some salt and some garlic to it. It was good but not great.

Mexican Chicken I

This recipe was awesome! I didn't have red pepper so I just left it out and I also halved the recipe. Turned out great! I pounded my chicken breasts and reduced the cook time to around 35 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Such a hit! I served this with homemade graham crackers and it was amazing. I also added about 1/2 cup toasted coconut and I used milk chocolate chips with I processed finely. Very good.

Lemon Yogurt Muffins

I thought these muffins had just the right amount of tartness and lemon flavour. I used vanilla yogurt and I also substituted half the white flour for whole wheat. Very yummy!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

These chicken fingers were amazing! I didn't marinate them in the milk/egg mixture long enough but they still turned out very good. So flavourful and juicy. I will definitely make these gain.

Cherry Cheesecake

This was so easy and simple! I followed the recipe exactly except I put fresh strawberries on top. It was great. I think the pie filling or adding sugar to the strawberries would've made it too sweet. Next time, I think I'll double the cream cheese. But it was great!

Absolutely amazing! Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out wonderful. My husband isn't a big fan of creamy sauces but he almost drank this stuff. Very good.
