I am an introverted and semi-Anthropophobic wife and mother of two. Following southern traditions, however, I love to feed people! I love to prepare good, traditional, southern fare - just like mama made! My favorite tradition is a Christmas Cookie Swap. Several friends and I get together each year near Christmas to share cookies, swap recipes, and bake together... lots of fun! Exquisite wedding & birthday cakes. First cheesecake was PERFECT! (even with the water bath, no crust, and all!) The first time I made gravy for my new husband - it killed the grass! Fortunately, the marriage survived, the grass came back, and I learned to make a perfect gravy....
