Mexican Casserole
Wonderful, easy recipe. I use corn tortillas instead of flour for the firmer texture and use a can of diced tomatoes & green chiles instead of the milk. Also throw in some chopped green onions. The family loves this recipe. Thanks so much.

Loosemeat Sandwiches III
MAID-RITE PURISTS take heed! This recipe turns out a dead-ringer!Did not change one thing in the recipe. You must simmer all the water off, this gives you the pure beef flavor and a potato masher works perfectly to break up the meat - do this after browning and again after steaming if needed. Mustard, dill pickles and chopped onion is the customary topping but an added slice of American cheese also is good. Great recipe.

Unbelievable Chicken
Can I give this 10 stars? Husband made this recipe using margarita mix (with the tequila) in place of lemon/lime only because it was on hand and a previous reviewer suggested it. He poked holes in chicken breasts with fork before adding to marinade. Flavor permeated the meat that way. (Marinated 6 hrs.)Thanks for this wonderful recipe and I do mean wonderful!
