I prefer baking over cooking but when I do cook, it's usually something tried and true, my experiments always turn out to be disasterous!
I only eat organic and/or natural foods, and I never touch anything labelled low-fat, low-cal, low-carb, etc., I believe they are very unhealthy and unnatural.
My cooking tragedies
I made a black forest brownie a few years back, and despite baking it considerably longer than recommended, the center was raw batter. I was so disappointed because the areas that were baked through tasted really good. Next time I will divide the batter between two pans!
