I'm always on the lookout for a good dessert recipe since my DH is allergic to chocolate. This was great-- had the richness of brownies just with peanut butter. I followed the recipe except I used crunchy PB so I left out the extra nuts. I'm sure it would be great with choc chips. The photo really is not right; the brownie shown is chocolate.

There's something about the way these pancakes made my mouth feel after eating them. Dried out. Maybe it was the 2 T baking pwd. They tasted good going down, but I won't make them again.

This recipe was very easy to make turned out really good. I didn't have the peppers so I substituted shredded carrots and yellow squash. The tang of the dressing was just right.
