I'm a new mom, and home a lot of the time, so that means more time to cook:) I love baking sweets, and have allways made italian and mexican dishes, but am trying to expand my skills. holiday baking. My husband likes to say he married me for my cooking. I really need a new oven, I have to check things constantly. Sometimes it heats to the right temperature, other times its about 100 deg hotter than it should be.
