Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake
This cheesecake is amazing! I made this for my husband and he loved it so much that he is willing to do anything I want for another one! The key to making this perfect is to use your favorite chocolate. I used Godiva chocolate truffles, since they are my husbands favorite, and they melted down perfectly! Also, I only did a thin layer of caramel mixture on the bottom and swirled the rest on top. I baked it in a water bath for 50 minutes, then shut off the oven, cracked the door and left it for about 3 hours. There wasn't a single crack and this was my first attempt at a cheesecake! Also, before I served it I melted down more caramel and chocolate and drizzled it on top with some chopped pecans. Beautiful and tasty!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
WOW! I have hated pot pie my entire life until my husband convinced me to make this for him. It is amazing! After reading other reviews I doubled the sauce (which was to much!), added potatoes and corn, and used celery salt instead of celery seed. I baked it at 375 for 45 minutes and it turned out perfect! This is a must try recipe!
