Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake
This was delicious ! Definitely will store this one in my recipe file. I made it exactly as the recipe called for but I used my food processor. Made it super simple.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
The 1st time I made this salad I followed the instruction only I added fresh garlic instead of powdered. The 2nd time I made it I used shaved chopped ham instead of bacon and cut the shredded cheddar in half and added crumbled Feta. I also chopped up a little fresh basil and a few thinly sliced green onion tops. I got good reviews.

Cabbage Patch Stew
Yummy ! Followed the recipe but added a small can of V-8 Hot. I cooked on top of stove for approx. 2 hours.
