I love to bake. My favorite thing is inventing new recipies for my crock-pot. Always trying something new that my kids lovingly call concoctions. You never know what you are eating so it is a good thing my kids are adventurous..

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
I used more butter and garlic than the recipie called for and increased the cooking time a bit. This was a great recipie and even the non- fish eaters in the house had seconds. Thank you...
