I'm a guy who likes to cook! I live in Mexico City since I can remember, but was born in Minnesota. My dad has no idea what so ever about cooking. My mum can cook practically every Mexican dish. My uncle is Italian and loves to cook. He can prepare practically anything. I like to cook Mexican and Mediterranean food. I specially like to work with sautéing and experimenting herbal devices. My family cooks Mexican and Italian mainly. One time I cooked an entire Christmas Eve dinner by myself. One time I burnt a frying pan. Lesson: don't fry pork with butter, and then go check your e-mail!
