'I Hate Cucumbers!' Cucumber Salad

As the other reviewer stated, my mom also makes this with sour cream and sugar to taste. (I like it sweet). It is really delicious.

Kate's Black-Eyed Pea Salad

my sister-in-law makes a version of this and tops it with tomato basil feta cheese. The cheese is wonderful with the dressing.

Black-Eyed Pea Salad II

My sister in law makes a similiar recipe with red peppers and omits the honey. she also use the tomato basil feta cheese. We love this salad!!It is great for lunch-healthy and filling!

Go with two bags of popcorn and add nuts. I made with three and it was too dry for my taste. I took to a 4th of July party and the kids ate it up!! Definitely mix in paper bag and bake in a foil pan.It is delicious!!

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

I was leary of the cream of chicken soup in this recipe- but it was really delicious. I only had canned tomato's and used them. It was very good. You could really make alot of variations. We will definitely make again.
