Good recipe! Thanks for the good idea. I didn't add any sugar and I couldn't use all the fruit suggested (it’s March). I used 2 peaches, 1 huge mango, 1 gala apple, 10 large strawberries, 2 kiwi, and orange marmalade and NO sugar and it was just right. My boyfriend who doesn't like fruit that much said it was pretty good and not to sweet, but no sugar was needed. I don't think you should make this in the winter as I did because you just can't get good fruit. The homemade chips are just great!
