Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

as suggested before I used 1.5 cups white sugar and 1.5 cups brown sugar. I also used milk chocolate chips instead of semisweet. These were my first brownies from scratch and OMG they are awesome! These are my new brownies from now on!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are so yummy and never last long in our house! Make sure to have the eggs at room temperature and I used milk chocolate chips instead of semisweet.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Supreme Strawberry Topping

very yummy! I cut up all of the strawberries and left 1/3 of them out. I cooked 2/3 of them with the sugar and vanilla. After I blended the mixture i added the remaining strawberries.

The Best Banana Bread

Cheesy Hash Brown Cups

We turned these into breakfast cups. When I pulled the pan out after the initial baking i used a spoon to press the hash browns to the side. I used eggs (1 egg for 2 hash brown cups) added milk and mixed up. I substituted and used colby jack cheese, and browned up sausage. These were gone in no time!

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I also added an extra cup of sugar and tsp of vanilla. I used powdered sugar to roll out the cookies. These are the best that I have made!

Robbi's M&M Cookies

DH LOVED these cookies! I used butter instead of shortening. The cookies flattened out a lot after I took them out of the oven and were sitting on the pan so I added more flour (about 1/4 cup) to the batter and the rest turned out awesome!

Bacon Jack Chicken Sandwich

These were so good. We made ours into panini's so instead of buns we used butter bread. After the chicken was cooked I sliced it up as well. I also substituted jack cheese for mozzarella cheese and fresh parmesan. Will definitely make these again.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

OMG was this so good! I had a small bulb of garlic so I mined 3 cloves and added it to the marinade. I marinaded the chicken for 3 hours. Because it is winter in Wisconsin (10 degrees outside!) I closed up the chicken and bacon with a toothpick and grilled them on my grill pan on the stove. DH was so happy that I found this recipe and we can't wait for it to warm up a little so we can have the charcoal flavor!
