I'm a college student and a beginning cook. I love to try new recipes and I don't shy away from the complexity of some of them- that's the fun. I love stir fry and Asian-inspired food. Some of the recipes I have gotten off this site have been huge hits with my friends and boyfriend. Coconut shrimp, Bruschetta Chicken (sooo good!) and Orange Curried Chicken are all really good. I made fried chicken fingers after successfully making them the week before. There was so much chicken and it was such a mess that T ended up serving some that were still raw. But everyone was a good sport about it.
