About this Cook
I'm a college student and a beginning cook. I love to try new recipes and I don't shy away from the complexity of some of them- that's the fun.
My favorite things to cook
I love stir fry and Asian-inspired food.
My cooking triumphs
Some of the recipes I have gotten off this site have been huge hits with my friends and boyfriend. Coconut shrimp, Bruschetta Chicken (sooo good!) and Orange Curried Chicken are all really good.
My cooking tragedies
I made fried chicken fingers after successfully making them the week before. There was so much chicken and it was such a mess that T ended up serving some that were still raw. But everyone was a good sport about it.

Rasta Pasta
Thank you for this recipe, it is awesome! I love bell peppers and red onion, so I was happy to find another recipe to use them in. The mix of flavors is great. I cut the recipe in half and used half a jar of vodka sauce and half a jar of tomato sauce. I did everything else exactly as it says and it was great!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
My friends and I loved these. I followed other's advice and made them 1/3 brown sugar, 1/3 white sugar and 1/3 confectioners sugar. I doubled the recipe and got 48 cookies.
