Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
It was a tad bit bland just using the recipe. I was too tired to use my flair, very good basic recipe. Will use it again over the winter but will make sure to add spices to liven it up.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Absolutely amazing. Super moist and soft. Only complaint and it's probably my fault is it took longer to get the middle to set right. Otherwise I will be making this every chance I get.

Chicken Enchiladas II
Our family really enjoys this recipe. I have found that they also like it when I add some salsa to the inside of the enchilada along with the chicken mixture. This has become a family favorite.
